We endeavor to provide you with the highest quality products and services. In the event of any issues with your order upon reception, such as damage or receiving the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. We will promptly contact our printing company and make every effort to find a suitable solution.

Kindly note that we do not offer refunds for changes of mind regarding the purchased items. We will solely consider refunds in the case of a product arriving in a damaged condition, after conducting a thorough assessment of your case. To be eligible for a refund, please provide evidence of the damaged item within 48 hours of reception, enabling us to assess whether your refund request can be accepted. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please be advised that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If you receive an original painting that is damaged, kindly contact us as soon as possible (within 48 hours) at info@maxymova.com, and we will diligently address the situation.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the exactitude of colors on prints. Slight variations in color may occur depending on the printing machines utilized by our print provider.
