Shipping policy

Please allow 5 business days for handling, and another 14 business days to deliver to your place, depending on your country of delivery. If your package is taking more time than expected, please contact us via email at info@maxymova.com and we will track the package for you.

Any issues with postal services must be dealt directly with the shipping carrier.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Please note that any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in your country. Some countries charge import taxes while others do not. The customs agency will notify the recipient either by mail, phone, or email to pay these charges, so that the shipment can continue to its destination. In other words, Maxymova.com is not responsible for any VAT, import fees and other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
